Dr. Jason P. Davis is an Associate Professor at INSEAD specializing in digital transformation, AI and enterprise innovation. His research on AI, crypto and platform strategy informs business‑model innovation in Big Tech. Author of Event Horizon Strategy and Digital Relationships, he previously served on the MIT Sloan faculty. Davis holds a PhD from Stanford and degrees from Caltech and MIT, and has advised firms including Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, Google and Tesla.

Focus on building agile, digitally enabled ways of working — tackling organizational inertia and technical debt through culture, processes and technology. Explore the economics of AI (where value is created, how cost curves shift and productivity gains emerge) and see real‑world applications with Visa Intelligence.
Run a research‑backed, team‑based change simulation to practice and pressure‑test tactics for enterprise transformation. This final session caps the program, and we conclude with a graduation ceremony and certificate presentation.

Jason P. Davis
Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, INSEAD
Jason is an Associate Professor at INSEAD and specializes in digital transformation, AI and innovation in large enterprises. His research focuses on AI, crypto and digital platform strategies, with insights into business model innovation in Big Tech across global markets. Jason is the author of Event Horizon Strategy and Digital Relationships and previously served as an Associate Professor at MIT, Sloan. He holds a PhD from Stanford University and degrees from Caltech and MIT, and has advised or consulted for major tech firms including Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, Google and Tesla.
Dr. Simon Baptist
Vice President, Visa Business and Economic Insights, Principal Asia-Pacific Economist
Simon is the Principal Economist for APAC at Visa, providing analysis and thought leadership on economic and business trends across the region. He is a recognized economic communicator who advises boards and makes complex ideas actionable for stakeholders in financial services, corporates and government. Before Visa, Simon was Global Chief Economist at the Economist Intelligence Unit and has also lectured at Oxford University. He holds a doctorate in Economics from Oxford, his research focused on productivity and technology in emerging markets.
