Once you are enrolled, if you wish to cancel your registration for a VU course, you are required to contact support.visauniversity@visa.com at least 15 business days prior to the start of the course. All course cancellations are subject to an administrative fee equal to 25% of the cost of the course. If you are unable to find a replacement or fail to notify VU at least 15 business days prior to the start of the course, your organization is responsible for the full cost of the course.  If your organization registered more than 3 people for an event, you are required to cancel your registration by contacting support.visauniversity@visa.com at least 20 business days prior to the start of the course.  If you are unable to find a replacement or fail to notify VU at least 20 business days prior to the start of the course, your organization is responsible for 75% of the total cost of the course, per participant.

Once you are enrolled, if you wish to cancel your registration due to a COVID-related matter, you are required to contact support.visauniversity@visa.com at least 3 business days prior to the start of the in-person course. You will be issued a credit for the course and able to use the credit for one calendar year from the date of the credit issuance. If you fail to give proper notification prior to the start of the in-person course or fail to use the issued credit within one calendar year, your organization is responsible for the full cost of the in-person course and any payment will be forfeited.
