Blended Learning

Your journey begins with the self-paced learning component, which includes a mix of videos, virtual discussions and knowledge checks. This content covers essential conceptual knowledge and principles of the topic you’ll be exploring. You can complete these sections at your own pace, allowing you to absorb the material thoroughly and revisit any concepts as needed.

To ensure a practical and impactful learning experience, we strongly encourage you to complete the self-paced learning sections prior to attending the live class sessions.

The pre-class office hour is your chance to get to know your course facilitator and connect with the trainer who will guide you through the live class sessions.

During this time, your facilitator will check in with you to ensure you are on track and comfortable with the course material. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you might have about the self-paced learning content or any other aspect of the course.

You will also receive a preview of what to expect during the upcoming live class sessions. The facilitator will outline the key topics, activities, and objectives for these sessions, helping you to prepare and make the most of your live learning experience. 

The live class sessions, taught by Visa University trainers and payments industry leaders, span two days and are designed to help you apply the knowledge you gained through the self-paced learning section by exploring current and relevant interactive case studies.

During these sessions, you'll work collaboratively with your peers, engage in discussions and examine real-world scenarios.

After the live sessions conclude, you’ll have one additional week of access to course materials to complete any unfinished self-paced learning and reinforce your understanding

Following the live sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a post-class office hour, providing you with the opportunity to ask any remaining questions, clarify concepts and wrap up the course. It's a great way to consolidate your learning and ensure you're fully prepared to apply your new skills in your role.
