Working in teams, you will be given the opportunity to apply some of the principles about digital innovation in prior sessions to think about how new digital technologies like AI, algorithms, machine learning, social tools, blockchain and platforms can be used to transform how organizations create and capture values — what is often called business model innovation.

In this session, you will focus on the future of work and agility from the perspective of organizational culture and digital technologies.

Organizational-wide Digital Transformation: Change in Action
This session uses simulation exercises to evaluate and practice the change management skills that are necessary to affect organization-wide transformation. Working in teams, you will compete to produce transformation most quickly using a variety of specific tactics grounded in prior research.

Jason P. Davis

Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, INSEAD
Jason Davis is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD, specializing in digital transformation, AI, and innovation in large enterprises and startup ecosystems. His research explores AI, crypto and digital platform strategies, focusing on business model innovations in Big Tech across Silicon Valley, Asia and beyond. He is the author of Event Horizon Strategy and Digital Relationships, providing insights into AI strategy and digital networks. Previously, he was an Associate Professor at MIT Sloan and is a Senior Editor at Organization Science.
