David Capezza
Interim Chief Risk Officer, Visa Europe
David is responsible for identifying, mitigating and managing risks to Visa clients in the European region. He previously served as Senior Director in payment fraud disruption, leading the payment systems intelligence team, which was responsible for identifying and disrupting fraud activities targeting Visa clients, merchants, and the overall payments ecosystem globally.
Kausar Kenning
VP of Intelligence and Controls, Visa
Kausar leads an incredible team that is responsible for the proactive analysis and contextualization of dark web and threat intelligence with network-level data into actionable insights used for advanced alerting and vulnerability testing against significant fraud and cybercrime globally. Kausar is also responsible for the Visa Acquiring Risk Standards and Visa Issuers Risk Standards controls frameworks. She works to support the ecosystem and is responsible for the Risk-as-a-Service offerings at Visa.
Wim Hardyns
Professor, Ghent University and University of Antwerp
Wim Hardyns is a Full Professor in Criminology at the Department of Criminology, Criminal Law and Social Law at Ghent University, Belgium, and a Full Professor in Security Sciences at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is the Director of the Big Data Policing (BIGDATPOL) research group and leads a dynamic and rapidly growing research team in the field of big data and security. His research bridges criminology, data science and policy innovation, with a growing focus on fraud detection and predictive analytics in high-risk domains like financial services.

Subra leads Visa’s Security Architecture and Engineering team, which is comprised of cybersecurity engineers who defend Visa’s global ecosystems. Since joining Visa in 2015, Subra has played an instrumental role in maturing its cybersecurity program and leading key initiatives including 100% data protection, zero trust architecture, cloud security, artificial intelligence for threat management and vulnerability management.

Principal European Economist, Visa
Adolfo joined Visa in 2018 as the Principal European Economist on the Business and Economic Insights team. In this role, Adolfo works closely with Visa Consulting and Analytics, tracking economic conditions in the region and offering timely insights about the evolution of payments and the consumer economy in Europe.
Juspal Manic
Managing Director, Chief Revenue Officer at Featurespace, a Visa Solution
Juspal leads strategic growth, overseeing the commercial, partnerships and customer success groups at Featurespace. He has a track record of working with banks and fintechs to build transformative payments technology. He previously spent 22 years at TSYS in executive roles across North America and Europe, launching new European markets and payment verticals. He spearheaded the award-winning TSYS/Featurespace machine-learning score, Foresight, now used by over 30 banks globally.
