It is designed to enhance your knowledge of essential dispute concepts and their practical applications prior to taking the Intermediate Dispute Resolution exam.

Once you pass the Intermediate exam, you’ll be recognized as a Visa Dispute Resolution Certified Associate.

Intermediate

After earning your Associate certification, take our advanced-level course for a deep dive into challenging dispute case studies. You’ll also develop best practices and gain the confidence to conduct final rulings prior to taking the Advanced Dispute Resolution exam.
