When is the registration deadline?
The last day to register for Payments Management Lab — Live is 9 February 2024.
Do I have to stay at the hotel?
You are not required to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus, but the hotel will be providing special pricing for all Payments Management Lab — Live attendees. For more information, including how to secure your discount, please visit the Hotel and Travel page.
Are discounts available for Payments Management Lab — Live?
Yes – there are two ways to save on your registration for Payments Management Lab — Live. These discounts cannot be combined.
- Our 2025 program will be announced in October 2024.
- Register four individuals from your organization and receive an additional registration at no additional cost.
Who will be speaking at Payments Management Lab — Live?
Discussions and sessions will be led by industry experts and Visa leaders from around the world.
How are simulation teams determined?
Teams will be preselected by Visa experts who will take your role, level and job function into consideration. You will be teamed up with colleagues whose experience complements your own.
Teams will be posted prior to Payments Management Lab — Live, so you’ll have a chance to connect and get to know each other before you head to Istanbul.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?
We are happy to accommodate your allergy or dietary restrictions. You will be able to identify those restrictions and provide further detail during the registration process.

Is there a dress code for the event?
No black tie necessary. Bring comfortable corporate casual outfits.
Can I bring my family?
Yes, the hotel offers plenty of activities for your family to enjoy while you are participating at Payments Management Lab — Live.
Is there an option for virtual attendance?
Payments Management Lab — Live is only available as an in-person program. There is no way to attend virtually. However, Visa University does offer a 10-week virtual version of Payments Management Lab. Please subscribe to our weekly newsletter and follow us on LinkedIn to stay informed of upcoming programs.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, please feel free to extend your stay and enjoy all Istanbul has to offer. The hotel is offering special pricing for attendees both before and after the event.
