Join Visa’s Innovation & Design team as they share their research on the impact of COVID-19 on consumers one year into the pandemic. This study is a continuation of their research shared at the start of the pandemic where they first explored how consumers mindsets were changing in reaction to COVID-19 (Watch Part 1). In this 45-minute course they will share the effect it has caused on an individual level – exploring consumer anxieties, financial attitudes, eagerness to return to normalcy and how merchants and issuers can help address these pain points and needs.
